Außerdem können Sie Ihre Daten einsehen und ändern, ein Foto für Ihre Versichertenkarte hochladen oder einen Auslandskrankenschein anfordern.
Nutzen Sie die App auch gern, um mit Ihrer BKK24 Kontakt per Nachricht oder Telefon aufzunehmen – oder um Lob oder Kritik loszuwerden. Wenn Sie uns weiterempfehlen möchten, steht Ihnen der „Mitglieder werben Mitglieder"-Antrag mit tollen Prämien auch hier zur Verfügung.

Nach der ersten Anmeldung erhalten Sie postalisch einen Aktivierungscode. Danach können Sie sich jederzeit per Zwei-Wege-Authentifizierung (kostenlos zugestellter Code per SMS auf Ihr Handy) einloggen. Hinweis: Ihr Zugangscode zu unserer Online-Geschäftsstelle und der zur „Meine BKK24“ App sind gleich.

With the "Meine BKK24" app you can take pictures of sick reports and documents for reimbursement of osteopathy or professional teeth cleaning and send them to us.
You can also view and change your data, upload a photo for your insurance card or request a foreign health certificate.

SECURITY:
As your health insurance company, the security of your data is particularly important to us.
